Tro det eller ej så närmar sig slutet av året och det har då blivit dags för CDKs årliga julbord och höstmöte. Vi börjar kvällen med mötet där vi kommer att avhandla några inval, det viktigaste av vilka är inval till nästa års styrelse (mer info från valberedningen nedan). Under mötet sätts även klubbens nästa verksamhetsplan och budget. En detaljerad kallelse kommer ut senast 2 veckor innan mötet.
När mötet är klart dukar vi upp till julbord i lokalen och välkomnar såväl medlemmar som icke medlemmar att delta. Anmälan finns här: https://forms.gle/MEQFM7sSYMhMsTJ79.
Mötet börjar kl 18.00 i CDK lokalen (Chalmers tvärgata 4, 412 58 Göteborg) och när detta är slut så drar vi igång julbordet vilket lär bli ca 19.00

Snart är det dags för val av CDKs styrelse för år 2024. Om du någonsin velat vara en del av en större gemenskap och ta ansvar för en organisations arbete, då söker vi just Dig!
Invalet kommer ske på höststämman 2023 fredag 15/12. Observera att dykerfarenhet INTE är avgörande för att göra ett bra styrelsearbete, så vi uppmuntrar även nya dykare att söka till styret 2024!

För att valberedningen ska hinna göra sitt jobb behöver vi ditt svar senast 2023-12-01 kl 23.59. Alla som svarat inom denna deadline kommer att bli kontaktade av valberedningen.
De poster som väljs vid höststämman är ordförande, kassör och ledamöter. Ledamöternas uppgifter (vice ordförande, utfärdsansvarig etc.) väljs av styrelsen vid det konstituerande styrelsemötet.
Har ni frågor om vad det innebär att sitta i styrelsen kontakta gärna någon sittande eller valberedningen så svarar vi gärna på era frågor.

Hello everyone!
Believe it or not, the end of the year is approaching and it is time for CDK’s annual Christmas party and fall meeting. We start the evening with the meeting where we will deal with some elections, the most important of which is the election of next year’s board (more info from the election committee below). During the meeting, the club’s next business plan and budget are also set. A detailed invitation will be sent out no later than 2 weeks before the meeting.
When the meeting is finished, we set up a Christmas table in the room and welcome both members and non-members to participate. Registration is available here: https://forms.gle/MEQFM7sSYMhMsTJ79.
The meeting starts at 18.00 in the CDK room (Chalmers tvärgata 4, 412 58 Gothenburg) and when this is over, we start the Christmas table, which will be about 19.00.

Hello!!!
Soon it is time for the election of CDK’s board for the year 2024. If you have ever wanted to be part of a larger community and take responsibility for an organization’s work, then we are looking for you!
The election will take place at the autumn meeting 2023 on Friday 15/12. Please note that diving experience is NOT essential to do good board work, so we also encourage new divers to apply for the board in 2024!

In order for the Nomination Committee to do its job, we need your response by 2023-12-01 at 23.59. All those who responded within this deadline will be contacted by the Election Committee.
The positions to be elected at the fall meeting are chair, treasurer and members. The duties of the members (vice-president, issuing officer, etc.) are elected by the board at the inaugural board meeting.
